The Blueprint HOPE Living Systems Constellation is a reimagined form of what has traditionally been called an organizational chart — a way of mapping how functions within a whole relate and work together.
In many familiar structures, roles are arranged in levels — top to bottom, leadership to support, decision-makers to implementers.
The Constellation offers a different orientation —
a circle.
A circle reflects wholeness, where all parts exist in relationship and contribute to the integrity of the whole.
Each role connects with the others — both contributing to and receiving from the system.
Rather than defining levels, the Constellation reveals relationships.
All roles orient to a shared center — the North Star:
Remembrance, Restoration, Coherence, and Thrival.
This center provides clarity and direction, while allowing each role to move, respond, and evolve in relationship with the whole.
The inner circle reflects core system functions — foundational roles that support structure, flow, and coherence.
The outer circle reflects how these functions are expressed in lived and applied ways.
The pathways between roles reflect movement, with influence and insight flowing in multiple directions.
Each role contributes to and is shaped by the others.
The Constellation offers a living map of how work, relationship, and restoration come into coherence through shared alignment.

The Constellation is a visual map of how the system functions as a whole.
At the center is the North Star —
Remembrance, Restoration, Coherence, and Thrival.
All roles orient here.
The inner circle reflects core system functions.
The outer circle reflects how these functions are expressed in lived experience.
The pathways reflect movement and relationship.
The system is read clockwise, reflecting a continuous flow of movement and interaction.
Beginning with the Vision & Coherence Steward, the inner ring unfolds, with the outer ring following.
Each role contributes to and receives from the whole.
You may feel drawn to one role, or see yourself across several.
This is a living system.
And it comes to life through those who step into it.

This overview shows how the system is structured and how its parts work together.

Each role can be explored more deeply below.

Emerging Roles
As the Blueprint HOPE Living Systems Constellation comes to life, additional roles may emerge through lived experience, evolving needs, and deeper insight.
These roles are not predefined.
They arise naturally through participation, observation, and the ongoing development of the system.
This allows the Constellation to remain responsive, adaptive, and open — reflecting the nature of living systems, where new functions emerge as conditions change.
The roles within the Blueprint HOPE Living Systems Constellation function in relationship with one another, with each role contributing to and receiving from the whole.
Each represents a living function, with movement and collaboration unfolding naturally based on need, timing, and alignment.
This reflects how living systems in nature operate — with interconnected parts, responsive flow, and an underlying coherence that allows the whole to adapt and thrive.
As this model comes to life, it continues to evolve through lived experience. What is shared here provides a clear foundation, while allowing space for learning, refinement, and natural adaptation over time.
This is a living system.
And it comes to life through those who step into it.
This Constellation reflects the current vision and is designed to evolve through lived experience and shared stewardship over time.
